Our Process Guide
Below you will find a comprehensive guide on how to select and design a suite from our Semi-Custom Suite Collection.
1. Select
Our variety of delicately designed Semi-Custom Suites offer something for every taste. Each suite can be customized with your choice of calligraphy style, paper, envelope, ink color, and printing method. Additionally, if the Semi-Custom Suite of your choice includes a wreath, you can choose the one you’d like from our thoughtfully designed selection below. Return Address printing is complimentary for all Semi-Custom Suite orders. Please note: layouts for Semi-Custom Suites cannot be altered. If you would like to create a fully custom invitation suite, please contact us for more details.
2. Customize
Once you have picked your suite of choice and selected, you can browse through this page to decide on your calligraphy style, wreath style, envelope and paper color, as well as wax seal color options. You can then inquire to receive a custom quote based on your quantity, print method, and paper type. Once your inquiry is received, you will be contacted within 1-3 business days with a quote and any further details needed. Clients who wish to move forward will receive a digital contract and customization form after a deposit is made to secure your date.
3. Design
Upon receiving your order, we begin designing your Semi-Custom Suite according to the purchase details you provided. This is where we make sure everything you requested comes together as gracefully as you envisioned. Once the design process is complete, we will contact you within 1 to 2 weeks of your order with a digital proof of your Semi-Custom Suite for review.
4. Approve
One you have received your digital proof, you will review your Semi-Custom Suite for printing. One round of revision is included with your purchase and any additional revisions can be made for an extra fee. After everything is approved, production will begin right away and you will be notified when your order is ready to ship! Depending on your printing method, it can take 5-8 weeks for you to receive your order. Please note, if your order included any embellishments, they will be applied after printing is complete and may add an additional 1-2 weeks to production time.
Paper
110 lb Cotton Paper:
This paper has clean, smooth edges that makes it an excellent choice for digital printing. If you’re looking for a classic option that is also budget-friendly, this paper paired with a digital print is a great choice. This paper can only be used for digital printing.
220 lb Cotton Paper:
This paper is wonderfully thick which makes it ideal for letterpress and foil printing, leaving a beautiful impression in soft, pillowy textured paper. This paper is only used for letterpress or foil printing.
Handmade Paper
This paper features a beautiful deckled edge and a soft texture that makes it a great option for letterpress and foil printing. Digital printing also looks beautiful on handmade paper. This paper can be used for digital, letterpress, or foil printing.
Calligraphy
Our Modern Romantic script has an exaggerated style with thin strokes and adds a beautiful light and airy feel to any suite it adorns. This truly is the perfect style for the modern romantic couple.
Our Modern calligraphy style offers the romantic feel of traditional calligraphy with a more refined and modern look. This script features dainty lines and lowercase letters for the perfect flow.
This calligraphy style lives up to its name, adorned with flourishes for a fancier feel. Our Flourished script style is sure to elevate any suite it’s added to.
Our Romantic calligraphy style is fit for a timeless look and would compliment any suite with its classic strokes and effortlessly romantic feel.
This script offers the charming feel of calligraphy with a modern minimal look, making it the perfect choice for couples with beautiful contemporary style.
Wreaths
The Adore, Ardor, Elated, Eternity and Euphoria suites in our Semi-Custom Collection include a wreath element which you can select from the options displayed below. For custom wreaths and illustrations, please inquire separately.
Ink Color
The matte ink colors listed in the first 3 rows below are available for digital and letterpress printing while the satin colors in the final row are available for foil printing. Please inquire for custom ink or foil colors.
Please note: White ink is available as blind letterpress and for digital printing on darker colored paper and envelopes.
Card & Envelope Color
Below you will find the card stock colors available for cards and envelopes for our Semi-Custom Suite Collection. Please inquire regarding custom colors and handmade paper and envelope color options.
Ribbon
Adorn your suite with ribbon from our beautiful hand-dyed selection shown below. Silk ribbons are available in 0.35″, 0.75″ and 1″ widths. Please inquire for custom colors and widths.
Wax Seal
Below you will find the wax seals we offer exclusively in partnership with Artisaire.com. For custom colors and wax seal designs, please inquire.
